Do I need a booking to walk into the shop?

No, the concept store is open during opening hours, no booking needed. For a treatment we do work by appointment.

For a short men's cut it often works, but we cannot promise. Give us a call before you come, we will be honest about availability.

How does TapParfum refill work?

You bring along an empty perfume bottle, or buy a fresh empty bottle from us. Then you pick a scent from the range. You pay per millilitre for the scent only.

What sizes do you carry in secondhand clothing?

We do not have a fixed collection, so it changes constantly. Most of what we have is women's wear in sizes 36 to 42. What you see on the day is what is available.

Both work. Card, cash and mobile payments are accepted in store.

Yes, just ask in the shop. We write up a personal voucher for any amount, redeemable for both treatments and shop items.

Free parking is available in the side streets of Willem-Alexanderstraat and at the village square, a few minutes' walk.

Limited, and only with a booking well in advance. Send us a message with your date and what you have in mind, and we will check if it fits.

What if a secondhand piece does not fit?

You can always try things on in the shop. We do not take back secondhand purchases because each piece is unique. If you are unsure, try first, buy after.

Do you stick to certain hair-care brands?

We pick products based on what your hair needs, not based on a house brand. Inge will tell you what she uses and why.

Do you speak English?

Yes, both of us speak English. Walk in, call or message us, we will switch over without a problem.
