How we handle your information.

We are MIY Bij ons thuis, based at Willem-Alexanderstraat 2A in Mierlo. When you book an appointment or send us a message via the contact form, we process some personal data. Here is a short overview of what and why.

What we collect

Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number when you book an appointment or fill in the contact form. Plus standard hosting logs (IP address and visited pages) for security and to fix technical issues.

What we use it for

To answer your question, confirm a booking or follow up on a gift voucher. We do not send newsletters and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for up to twelve months. Client data for follow-up bookings stays as long as you remain a client. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so within four weeks.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Questions or complaints

We would rather talk it through first. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
